The Global Search feature is a powerful tool designed to save you time by finding the information you need across your platform in seconds. Located prominently on the top bar, this feature lets you search multiple categories all at once, displaying results grouped for easy navigation.

What Can You Search For?

You can use the Global Search to find:

• Clients: Search by name, email, or phone number.

• Lead Bookings: Search by the client’s name or destination.

• Trips: Search by the trip name.

• Services, Content, and Accommodations: Search by name or system name.

• Suppliers: Name and system name.

How Are Results Organized?

When you perform a search, the system displays results grouped into six categories:

• Clients

• Lead Bookings

• Trips

• Services

• Content

• Accommodations

• Suppliers

For each category, the system will show the first three results if there are multiple matches. These results are sorted by the most recently modified items, so the latest updates are always prioritized.

Steps to Search

• Click on the Global Search bar at the top of your screen.

• Type in your search term (e.g., a client’s name, trip name, or destination).

• Review the grouped results and click on the result to open that location.
  
  

If the result you’re looking for doesn’t appear in the top three most recently modified items, try refining your search with a more specific term. You can also explore the Advanced Search options available within each category for a deeper search.
