Step 1. Navigate to the Company Profile >> Lists tab.

In the Lists tab scroll through the drop-down to Cities 

Step 2. Choose the City you wish to alter:

When searching for a city, results will only match the beginning of the city name, not words or letters in the middle.

Step 3: Edit

Delete: When you delete an item from this list all records with that value will be set to empty

Edit: When editing an item on this list all records with that value will be updated

Reassign: When editing an item on this list and make it equal to another item on this list all records with the former value will be updated and the list items will be grouped together.
