How to Edit Company Design.

Step 1. Navigate to the Company Detail tab then click on the Design tab.

A. Email Header - Logo

• Clicking on Add Image will deliver a prompt to either Drop file or Select File from your local drive to add as the main logo.

B. Itinerary - Logo

This will appear on all itineraries in the top left of the page.

Note: For optimal presentation on itineraries, it's crucial that the logo be styled flat, elongated, and rectangular, resembling the example provided.

Clicking on Add Image will deliver a prompt to either Drop file or Select File from your local drive to add as the Itinerary Logo.

Step 2: Configure Company Color Scheme 

In the Colors section of the Company Information, you will be able to adjust the Header, Text Color, Background Color, Summary Box Color and Callout Box Color:

I. PDF Header Color - from Proposal/Itinerary/Sample view, located at the top right is an Export button where you or the Traveler can download a PDF version.

J. Mobile App Colors

Note: This only impacts new downloads of the Mobile App. If the app was already downloaded, it will need to be deleted and reinstalled.

Step 3: Font

This will allow you to assign one of 50 pre-loaded fonts onto the itinerary. You have two options: 

    1. Body Font - All body Text 

    2. Header Font - All Fonts for headers. 

Usually these two fonts would be the same but if you wish to have them different, you can. If you wish to load custom proprietary font, please contact support.
