1. Added Upcoming Trips (by Company) Dashlet

We now have a dashlet that will show the upcoming trips company wide. Previously we had added upcoming trips dashlet that was filtered by a specific user, the new dashlet is all trips starting within the next 2 months for the whole company. To add this dashlet follow these instructions.


2. Added Two Areas for Custom Content

  1. New area for custom content on the Trip level, on the Proposal view, right after the pricing section and also before the Global end section of custom content.
  2. New area for custom content on the Trip level on the Confirmation view, before the Global end section of custom content.


You can find these new custom content fields in the "Content" tab of a Trip (see below):

We have also added a new pop-up image showing you more clearly where each piece of custom content is located on either the Proposal / Itinerary or Confirmation view. You can find those by clicking the (?) question mark next to each title (see below):

3. Ability to Add Line Breaks to Accommodation Address

The address field for accommodations has been updated so that it will allow for a line break in the Confirmation View. 


Back-end View:

On the address section, you will be able to use the 'enter' button on your keyboard to create a line break in the address.

4. Added Notes Field to Content

Similar to the notes field in Services, the Content records now have a notes field as well. This can be used for internal notes and wont appear on any client facing material.

5. Added ability to create Contact Templates on Trip Confirmation

There is a field called "Additional Contact" under the inclusions/exclusions section of the trip "Additional" tab. You can now append specific contact information templates (created as "Content" / type = "Contact"), this information will show up on  the trip confirmation view and is useful for info such as driver contact details, guides, etc.  See the article How to Create Contact (For Confirmation View) for full details.
