How to Search for a Service

Managing your services efficiently is critical for keeping your itineraries organized and up-to-date. The Global Search feature for services allows you to quickly locate specific tours, transfers, or other service entries by filtering through various criteria. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to enhance your search experience and maintain a well-organized service database.



Step 1: Accessing the Services Section

Begin by navigating to the left-hand menu and clicking on the Services option. Within the Services section, you will see three primary options:

  • Search: Displays search filters at the top of the page for inputting specific criteria.

  • Recent: Filters and shows the 50 most recently created services while keeping the search bar available.

  • Create Service: Opens a quick add window to immediately add a new service by entering the Service Name and selecting the Service Type. You also have the ability to create a new tour/service directly from the search area in the top right-hand corner.

Step 2: Filtering Your Search

Once you're in the Services section, use the search fields provided at the top of the page to refine your results. You can filter your search using the following criteria:

  • Name: Enter the service name.

  • ID: Search by the unique service ID.

  • Description: Filter based on key details in the service description.

  • City: Limit your search by city.

  • Country: Narrow down by country.

  • Supplier: Look for services provided by a specific supplier.

  • Service Type: Choose from available service types (e.g., Tours, Transfers).

  • Service Class: Select between options like Private or Group.

  • Archived: Include or exclude archived services.

  • Sort By: Arrange results by date created (the system organizes results by the creation date).

  • Type (and/or): Filter further using additional type-related criteria.

By entering specific terms and using these filters, you can narrow down your results to quickly locate the exact service you need.

Step 3: Resetting Your Search Query

After reviewing your search results, you might want to perform a new search. Simply click the Reset Search button to clear all input fields. This action lets you start fresh without any previous filters affecting your new search criteria.

Additional Tips:

  • Creating a New Service: If you don't find the service you're looking for, use the Create Service option. This feature allows you to add new services quickly, ensuring your database remains comprehensive.

  • Quick Add Feature: For a faster workflow, use the Quick Add option located in the top right-hand corner of the search area. This allows you to instantly add a new service without leaving the search page.

  • Stay Organized: Regularly review the Recent tab to monitor the latest services based on their creation date. This helps you keep track of new entries and ensures that your records are current.


By following these steps and utilizing the detailed filters, you can efficiently search for and manage services within your system. This ensures that your itineraries are complete and that you can quickly access the information you need.
